Castle House Inspections carry out moisture tests in every property we inspect. This includes windows and walls, with particular attention in bathrooms, laundries and wet areas.

We also inspect the subfloor (if there is one), along with the roof. Dual story properties are no problem as we inspect these with a drone (weather permitting).

Castle House Inspections can provide thermal imaging of the home on request. Thermal imaging (or infrared imaging) is used to show variations in temperature around the home. This is highly beneficial in exposing water leaks that would otherwise remain hidden during a typical house inspection.
