We carry out detailed on-site inspections before producing and submitting a detailed report.

Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging (or infrared imaging) is used to show variations in temperature around the home. Thermal imaging is especially beneficial in exposing water leaks that may otherwise remain hidden during a typical house inspection. 

The resulting images show temperature variations as different colours. Any difference in temperature could be the result of moisture getting into areas it shouldn't. This is especially useful in checking walls and ceilings in wet areas (such as bathrooms and laundries), as well as around household appliances and pipes.
