Our report is for pre-purchase / pre-sale property inspections to identify any significant defects visible at the time of the inspection.

This inspection meets the standards set out in New Zealand Standards 4306:2005.

The scope of this inspection report is limited to a non-invasive visual inspection and reporting service.

We carry out a detailed on-site inspection before producing and submitting a detailed report.

We guarantee the report within 24 hours from the time of the inspection and encourage clients to call after reading through the report to discuss any queries.
